Job Summary
The rapidly growing EY Law team is currently seeking the right candidate for Lawyer position!
The opportunity

As a team we provide qualified legal services in the field of business law to local and foreign clients. We are passionate about legal tech and new trends in the field of legal technologies.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Work with transactions (preparation of contracts due diligence investigations etc.).
- Advise clients on corporate structuring and support implementing them.
- Drafting commercial agreements.
- Performing legal research.
- Advising and representing clients in various institutions.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in law with fully professional qualification as a lawyer.
- Experience as a legal counsel at least 3 years.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Latvian and English as we work with international clients.
Qualities and competencies we value:
- Good academic results.
- Analytic thinking and reasoning skills.
- Ability to present clearly and advise on complex legal matters.
We will consider it an advantage if:
- Have a practical experience working with data protection matters.
- Written publications on law topics.
- Participationin conferences.
