Key Responsibilities
Creative Storytelling: Transform strategic win themes and messaging into impactful visual concepts for proposals presentations and executive summaries.
Design Excellence: Develop creative assets including proposal theming infographics video shorts/ reels branded microsites and client-facing visuals that stand out and align with opportunity-specific narratives.
Collaboration: Work closely with bid managers sales teams and solution leaders to understand client context and tailor designs to the opportunity.
Brand Stewardship: Ensure designs reflect brand guidelines while innovating for differentiation and memorability.
Agility & Innovation: Deliver creative under tight deadlines for high-stakes opportunities balancing speed with quality.
Digital Experience Design: Support creation of interactive experiences such as microsites or digital storytelling formats to elevate client engagement.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Communication or related field.
Professional design experience preferably in enterprise level B2B consulting presales or marketing environments.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign Illustrator Photoshop) video editing Word and presentation tools (PowerPoint Keynote).
Experience in designing for digital platforms (microsites interactive media)
Strong ability to distill complex ideas into simple powerful visuals.
Exceptional attention to detail with a portfolio demonstrating creative flair and professional polish.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced deadline-driven environments while managing multiple projects.
Strong communication and collaboration skills; comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.
