British American Tobacco Indonesia has an exciting opportunity for an InternUp Operations (Quality Assurance) in Malang
Role Statement
The BAT Indonesia InternUP is a 6-month internship program designed to help you transform your potential into real opportunities and grow within our company. Its more than just an internship its a dynamic learning experience where youll flourish develop key skills and become a future industry leader.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Support product sampling activities and help ensure traceability and compliance.
- Assist in the preparation and release of Certificates of Analysis (CoA).
- Help with digitalization and automation projects to improve QA processes.
- Support data collection documentation and analysis for quality and process improvements.
- Participate in trials of new QA systems and provide feedback for improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to learn and support QA initiatives
What are we looking for
- Bachelors degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering Computer Science Information Systems Statistics Bioprocess Engineering Chemical engineering or Data Science with maximum of 1 year of work experience. Final-year university students are welcome.
- Available for a full-time internship for 6 months.
- Fluency in English (reading writing speaking).
- Strong interest in digitalization and automation projects related to process improvement.
- Familiarity with digital tools (Excel MATLab Power BI PowerApps digital logs) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
