Job Summary:
The Programmer Analyst 6 role requires a senior Genesys Developer to support and maintain the Genesys environment. The position involves building and maintaining routing strategies APIs and integration components as well as working with Java JavaScript and Oracle databases. This is a hybrid position requiring on-site presence in Lansing MI two days a week.

This is a hybrid position requiring on-site presence in Lansing MI two days a week.
Location: Lansing Michigan United States
Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining routing strategies in Genesys.
- Developing and maintaining APIs and integration components in the Genesys environment.
- Writing SQL queries and stored procedures in Oracle Database.
- Analyzing configuration and reporting data from Genesys databases.
- Customizing Genesys Workspace using JavaScript.
- Building and maintaining routing strategies in Genesys.

Required Skills & Certifications:
- 3-5 years of Genesys administration/IWD support experience.
- 3-5 years of Java experience.
- 3-5 years of JavaScript experience.
- 3-5 years of Oracle Database experience.
- Bachelors Degree.
