Job Summary

Location: Minneapolis or Chicago IL (Hybrid Remote) / Chicago preferred

Must Have:

  • LinkedIn with a picture
  • Sr. Director Level and ideal to come from a Consulting background and companies dealing with Mergers and acquisitions
  • 8 years of IT experience with a strong focus on enterprise applications in Finance and HR domains.
  • Deep expertise with ERP financials (Netsuite Epico SAP Oracle etc.) and HCM platforms.
  • Proven success leading IT service delivery in complex global or acquisition-driven organizations.
  • Strong understanding of business processes in Finance (P2P R2R O2C) and HR (Core HR Payroll Talent Learning).
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with executive stakeholders and translate business needs into technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead IT Service Delivery for Finance and HR applications including ERP finance modules and HCM platforms.
  • Partner with Finance and HR business leaders to align technology capabilities with organizational strategy and transformation initiatives.
  • Manage application lifecycle from strategy and roadmap development through delivery operations and continuous improvement.
  • Support post-acquisition integration efforts ensuring Finance and HR systems are harmonized across the enterprise.
  • Collaborate with enterprise architects and integration teams to ensure seamless end-to-end process flows.
  • Oversee vendor relationships contracts and service performance for Finance and HR platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory audit and security requirements.
  • Track and report service performance SLAs and business value delivered by Finance and HR applications.

Qualifications

  • 8 years of IT experience with a strong focus on enterprise applications in Finance and HR domains.
  • Deep expertise with ERP financials (Netsuite Epico SAP Oracle etc.) and HCM platforms.
  • Proven success leading IT service delivery in complex global or acquisition-driven organizations.
  • Strong understanding of business processes in Finance (P2P R2R O2C) and HR (Core HR Payroll Talent Learning).
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with executive stakeholders and translate business needs into technology solutions.
  • Excellent communication collaboration and vendor management skills.
  • Bachelors degree in Information Systems Computer Science or related field.
