Must Have:
- Sr. Director Level and ideal to come from a Consulting background and companies dealing with Mergers and acquisitions
- 8 years of IT experience with a strong focus on enterprise applications in Finance and HR domains.
- Deep expertise with ERP financials (Netsuite Epico SAP Oracle etc.) and HCM platforms.
- Proven success leading IT service delivery in complex global or acquisition-driven organizations.
- Strong understanding of business processes in Finance (P2P R2R O2C) and HR (Core HR Payroll Talent Learning).
- Demonstrated ability to partner with executive stakeholders and translate business needs into technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead IT Service Delivery for Finance and HR applications including ERP finance modules and HCM platforms.
- Partner with Finance and HR business leaders to align technology capabilities with organizational strategy and transformation initiatives.
- Manage application lifecycle from strategy and roadmap development through delivery operations and continuous improvement.
- Support post-acquisition integration efforts ensuring Finance and HR systems are harmonized across the enterprise.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects and integration teams to ensure seamless end-to-end process flows.
- Oversee vendor relationships contracts and service performance for Finance and HR platforms.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory audit and security requirements.
- Track and report service performance SLAs and business value delivered by Finance and HR applications.
