Job Summary

Location: Minneapolis or Chicago IL (Hybrid Remote) / Chicago preferred

Sr. Director Level and ideal to come from a Consulting background and companies dealing with Mergers and acquisitions
8 years of IT experience with a strong focus on enterprise applications in Finance and HR domains.
Deep expertise with ERP financials (Netsuite Epico SAP Oracle etc.) and HCM platforms.
Proven success leading IT service delivery in complex global or acquisition-driven organizations.
Strong understanding of business processes in Finance (P2P R2R O2C) and HR (Core HR Payroll Talent Learning).
Demonstrated ability to partner with executive stakeholders and translate business needs into technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead IT Service Delivery for Finance and HR applications including ERP finance modules and HCM platforms.
Partner with Finance and HR business leaders to align technology capabilities with organizational strategy and transformation initiatives.
Manage application lifecycle from strategy and roadmap development through delivery operations and continuous improvement.
Support post-acquisition integration efforts ensuring Finance and HR systems are harmonized across the enterprise.
Collaborate with enterprise architects and integration teams to ensure seamless end-to-end process flows.
Oversee vendor relationships contracts and service performance for Finance and HR platforms.
Ensure compliance with regulatory audit and security requirements.
Track and report service performance SLAs and business value delivered by Finance and HR applications.

Qualifications

8 years of IT experience with a strong focus on enterprise applications in Finance and HR domains.
Deep expertise with ERP financials (Netsuite Epico SAP Oracle etc.) and HCM platforms.
Proven success leading IT service delivery in complex global or acquisition-driven organizations.
Strong understanding of business processes in Finance (P2P R2R O2C) and HR (Core HR Payroll Talent Learning).

Excellent communication collaboration and vendor management skills.
Bachelors degree in Information Systems Computer Science or related field.
