Job Summary
Position: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Start Date: 10/6/2025
Duration: 13 weeks
Location: Petoskey MI 49770
Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Nights 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM 12
Shift Notes: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM/36 hours guaranteed
Weekend Requirements: Every Other Weekend

Dress Code: Matching Scrubs of any Color
OT: No multiplier same as bill rate - Billable after 40 hours
Holiday/Call back: 1.25x the bill rate - A minimum of 2 hours applies to any call-back services provided
Unbillable Orientation: 0 hours nonbillable orientation
It is Imperative that travelers clock out or they wont be compensated for that shift until a dispute is resolved.
Under the supervision of the Unit Manager / ADON/ DON the RN assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of residents/patients for a shift of duty. Nursing care is provided through assessment implementation and evaluation of the plan of care. The RN adheres to the standards of care for the area manages the environment to maintain resident/patient safety and supervises the resident/patient care activity performance by nursing assistants and helpers. Follows all policies and procedures. Performs duties as defined by the State Nurse Practice Act. Follows where applicable JCAHO standards.
Submission Requirements- At least two years of SNF/LTC Med Surg experience
- BLS (AHA)
- This is a challenging location to work in. This need is not for LPNs who may have difficulty handling high-paced/stressful climates.
- Travelers must clock out or they wont be compensated for that shift until a dispute is resolved.
