Job Description
Job Title: ANGULAR FRONT-END DEVELOPER
Location: McleanVA
Duration: 12 Months
Visa: USC GC H1B and EAD
Contract Type: W2
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance Angular-based UI components (80% enhancements 20% new component development).
- Implement front-end design standards and ensure components are aligned with established team practices.
- Conduct unit testing participate in code reviews and ensure code quality.
- Collaborate with the UX team (designs provided via Justinmind) to translate requirements into functional UI components.
- Work with Jenkins CI/CD pipelines to deploy and publish UI libraries for application teams.
- Occasionally explore APIs (e.g. open-pdf framework) to extend or enhance component functionality.
- Take initiative proactively suggest improvements and contribute to overall team process enhancements.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Strong front-end focus with some backend support experience.
- Hands-on expertise with Angular (versions 16 and above) for UI development.
- Experience building UI frameworks and reusable component libraries.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins preferred) for deployment and publishing.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to React.
- Experience working with or integrating APIs.
- Familiarity with backend concepts to support deployments.
