The Supply Chain Project Analyst supports strategic projects that drive operational consistency improve vendor performance and enable scalable compliance programs across JD North American fascias. This role plays a critical part in collecting and analyzing data managing timelines supporting cross-functional execution and enabling systems-related compliance solutions such as EDI rollout and vendor onboarding automation. This position is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills excellent communication abilities and an interest in connecting data with operational impact. Assist with the planning and execution of vendor initiatives including onboarding enhancements process standardization across JD North America fascias and serving as a liaison to the EDI Manager.
Monitor compliance KPIs scorecard metrics and chargeback trends to support project reporting identify bottlenecks and provide actionable insights.
Draft and maintain process documents training guides and SOPs to ensure vendors and internal stakeholders have access to current standards.
Maintain and update the Vendor Compliance Manual routing guides and related materials to ensure vendors have access to accurate current information.
Generate and distribute vendor scorecards and compliance performance reports on a monthly basis.
Partner with teams across merchandising logistics and finance to support alignment on compliance expectations and project outcomes.
Support cross-functional projects tied to EDI rollout new systems integration and overall vendor capability enhancement.
Contribute ideas and process improvements to drive operational efficiency reduce chargebacks and elevate vendor accountability.
Coordinate project meetings maintain work back schedules and track key milestones and deliverables.
Collaborates with relevant stakeholders in data gathering and project planning.
Analyze supply chain data to identify performance trends uncover root causes and develop actionable insights; communicate findings to cross-functional teams to support strategic planning and process optimization.
Create an annual and forward-looking vendor compliance budget aligning financial planning with strategic goals while identifying opportunities for cost recovery and process improvement.
Supports other supply chain key initiatives and strategies

Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Business Administration Operations or related field
13 years of experience in supply chain operations vendor compliance logistics or data analysis
Exposure to EDI systems and retail/wholesale vendor networks preferred
Experience in analyzing performance data reporting and compliance metrics a plus
Familiarity with consumer goods footwear or apparel supply chains desirable
Technical Proficiency:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace (sheets docs slides)
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus
Work Environment and Travel:
Office-based role
Occasional travel to distribution centers or vendor meetings may be required
