Overall mission:

The EDM Global Master Data Senior Coordinator updates data and monitors processes to identify potential delays extracts analyse and mass-loads data in our primary systems and delivers globally compliant regulatory and certification services. You will support continuous improvement and improve service levels in the business by making data available.

Contacts:

• Users/Stakeholders in the business (e.g. Customer Care Distribution Planning Purchasing Buyer Finance RAPS EHS APS) EDM GSCs
• You will be reporting to the EDM Manager.

Daily activities:

• Collect coordinate and prepare regulatory documentation including but not limited to technical documentation for product registrations and certificates.
• Manage the process of applying for and obtaining halal certifications by preparing required documentation and coordinating with external certification bodies like ISA IFANCA MUI
• Coordinate and manage the renewal of organic certifications for products and ingredients.
• Collecting maintaining and submitting product documentation including ingredient lists and formulas for Kosher to agencies.
• Submission of the completed notification dossier to the European Chemicals Agencys (ECHA) Poison Centre Notification (PCN) Submission Portal or directly to national bodies as required per process.
• Communicate with external and internal contacts including suppliers customers regulatory agencies and certification bodies.
• Work closely with various departments such as Quality Assurance and Sales.
• Maintain databases of compliance information for raw materials and finished products.
• Perform process- and data quality- analysis and correction activities.
• Propose process improvements idea management.

Global functional process coordinator responsibilities:

• Performs process- and quality-analysis on a global scope which is discussed with the EDM Managers/Team Leads
• Controls global task assignment to balance resources according to incoming requests
• Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure quality and efficiency of the services provided discussing process issues and agreeing on the suitable solutions

You:

• Diploma: College or University degree preferably in Food Science or Technology Chemistry Biochemistry Food Engineering

• Languages: Ability to communicate in English in a business setting
• Professional experience: 3 years of relevant experience in function-specific role or equivalent. Relevant process experience Experience of working in a regulatory environment is an advantage

Technical skills:

• Good working knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems
• Experienced in ETL processes
• Advanced MS Excel and good knowledge of Microsoft Office or equivalent tool
• Strong numeracy and administration skills

• Understanding of legal and statutory requirements corporate policies work instructions and regulations
• Coordination of junior team members and processes.
