Job Summary
Overview
As part of the Operations Industry & Domain Solutions - International Development team youll work with globally aware professionals delivering sustainable development solutions to multilateral banks donor agencies and governments. Our projects focus on SME development womens empowerment process re-engineering capacity building assessments and monitoring blending global expertise with local experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis of client requirements industry trends and market dynamics
- Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives challenges and opportunities
- Prepare proposals and responses to RFPs by collaborating across competencies / alliances / service lines
- Ensure project timelines milestones and deliverables are met in accordance with client expectations
- Build and maintain strong client and internal relationships through effective communications and delivery of high-quality solutions
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree preferably in Business Management Development Studies Social Sciences or related fields
- Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience including experience on International Development Agency-funded project
- Excellent communication skills in English and local language(s)
- Strong research analytical and report-writing skills
- Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Team player with strong time-management skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Flexibility adaptability curiosity and resourcefulness
