We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Operations Specialist (Associate) to join our team.

  • Support Tech Leadership directly assisting with both professional and administrative tasks

  • Manage calendars schedule appointments and coordinate meetings to ensure optimal use of time and resources

  • Handle timesheets and expense reports with accuracy and timeliness

  • Organize travel arrangements accommodations and itineraries for business trips and team events

  • Archive organize and maintain records and confidential documents ensuring secure storage and easy retrieval

  • Prioritize tasks and proactively manage and eliminate the workload to meet deadlines and support team objectives in the most efficient way

  • Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders screening and prioritizing communications

  • Assist in the planning execution and follow-up of key initiatives

  • Overview and assist communication reporting and other correspondence with professionalism and attention to detail

  • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings including agendas presentations and supporting documentation

  • Provide proactive administrative and operational support to enhance overall productivity including assistance within the Salesforce platform. This includes handling a range of tasks such as monitoring opportunities and risk activities while ensuring consistently high data qualitycritical to our operational successand supporting efforts to improve team efficiency

What you bring matters

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or other related field preferred

  • One (1) to Three (3) years of experience as an executive or personal assistant preferably in a corporate setting

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks effectively

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills both in Greek and English

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
