To engage students in an authentic STEM program that also promotes teamwork and critical thinking. (specific date to be determined) Start date with students - Week of 10/13/2024. End Date - Week of 3/16/2024 One or two days per week 2 hours after dismissal for a total of 28 hours for students to build robots. One additional date for an offsite tournament- date and location TBD. Weekly sessions TBD after consulting with the robotics teacher and program :Candidates with VEX IQ Robotics experience in the WPS afterschool program preferred.
