What Youll Do

Lead key financial reporting and analysis processes across Global IT & Digital and Group Functions ensuring accuracy clarity and timely delivery.

Partner with Finance Business Partners (FBPs) to develop challenge and refine business assumptions that drive short-term performance and long-term strategy.

Produce executive-ready outputs and presentations that support monthly reviews and corporate submissions.

Manage ad hoc requests with agility delivering accurate and timely insights that support decision-making.

Identify opportunities to improve reporting tools templates and processes to enhance efficiency and impact.

Collaborate with peers across US UK and Global FP&A teams to foster an inclusive customer-focused team environment.

Play a key role in shaping financial insights that inform leadership decisions and drive business performance.

What Youll Need

3 years of experience in financial planning reporting or analysis ideally within a shared services or matrixed environment.

Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field.

Advanced Excel skills for data modeling automation and visualization. Strong proficiency in PowerPoint for building clear executive-ready presentations.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust and influence across teams.

A proactive improvement-oriented approach to problem-solving and process enhancement.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced dynamic team environment.

Annual Salary

Waltham and surrounding area: $94000-$111000

Brooklyn and surrounding area: $101000-$119000

This position has a career path which provides for advancement opportunities within and across bands as you develop and evolve in the position; gaining experience expertise and acquiring and applying technical skills. Candidates will be assessed and provided offers against the minimum qualifications of this role and their individual experience.
