Job Overview:
The Sales Enablement Manager is responsible to develop & implement sales enablement strategies and channel specific content campaigns and programs to drive awareness education preference and intent for assigned ARO products and aftermarket services. They will provide sales teams and National Account partners with sales qualified leads and approaches to effectively engage identify value and close win new deals.
This role is key to the organization because you will be charged with leading the development of strategies tools and processes necessary for our sales team and partners to succeed in the marketplace. A successful candidate will gather insights and work collaboratively with cross functional teams to execute initiatives that improve upon the existing sales processes and deliver on orders and margin goals. Your work will directly influence our customer experience and business results.

Pay Range: 70k to 75k Plus SIP of up to 20% of base salary.
SIP Eligible Role:
The total pay range for this role not including incentive opportunities is 70k to 75k. The pay range takes into account a wide range of factors that include a candidates skills; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and geographic location. Hired applicant will be eligible to receive (discretionary/nondiscretionary) annual bonuses and incentive compensation up to 20% of base salary.
