Spa and Health Club Manager
Job Summary
To efficiently and effectively manage the operations drive revenue and profitability of CHI the Spa and Health Club including treatments therapies and facilities in accordance with the standards of Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts the needs and demands of guests brand protocols and local market trends. Must hold a valid work visa for Japan and only candidates on the shortlist will be contacted for this position.
Skills and Experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English and Japanese
Computer literate
- 5 years experience in beauty field (body and facial)
- Minimum 2 years experience of salon management with facial
- Organizational leadership and interpersonal skills
- International Experience in planning development and opening a spa facility
Trained in an international Spa school attended Health Spa Recreation and /or hotel related courses in an international educational facility advantage
Internationally recognized qualifications (CIDESCO ITEC CIBTAC or local equivalent) advantage

- Overtime allowance :Overtime allowance shall be based on actual overtime hours
- Bonus :Determination of the payment of bonus shall be based on the business performance of SLTY the Shangri-La Group and individual performance of the Employee.
- Transportation fare :Actual public transportation fare required to report at the office and to return back home shall be paid (Maximum JPY 30000.-).
- Merit Salary Increment :Salary shall be reviewed once a year based on the achievement of each Employee according the Companys discretion.
