Overview
A well-regarded healthcare facility in Hilton Head SC is hiring a full-time Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join its outpatient primary care team.
Job Description Qualifications & Benefits
As a Family Medicine Physician you will:
Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients of all ages
Perform evaluations order and interpret diagnostic tests and develop personalized treatment plans
Focus on preventive medicine wellness initiatives and chronic disease management
Educate patients and families about healthy lifestyles treatment adherence and ongoing care
Collaborate with advanced practice providers nurses and other clinical staff to ensure coordinated high-quality care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system
Participate in quality improvement activities and community health programs
Qualifications:
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Completion of residency in Family Medicine
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Active or eligible South Carolina medical license
