Embassy Suites Downtown is looking for a friendly and dedicated Part-Time Guest Service Agent to provide exceptional service to our guests. As a key member of our front desk team you will be the first point of contact for our guests ensuring they feel valued and at home from check-in to check-out.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and a passion for delivering great guest experiences
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus but not required
Must be available to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed

What will I be doing
As a Guest Services Agent you would be responsible for greeting and registering guests and checking guests out of the hotel in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
