The successful candidate will be focused on safety quality and continuous improvement while fulfilling the role of Industrial Maintenance Technician.

Job Responsibilities
Work with a variety of electrical pneumatic and electronic instruments to measure and control variables such as pressure flow temperature level composition. Calibrate repair maintain and adjust system components and install and maintain instruments and controls on new or existing equipment.
Experience with but not limited to: changing electric motors water/vacuum pumps gear boxes
Plastics/Extrusion experience a plus
Requirements
Experienced Maintenance Technician with 5 years of hands-on maintenance experience preferrable in a manufacturing environment
Must have strong logical decision-making skills along with solid time management and multi-tasking skills
Must possess strong mechanical aptitude
Ability to remain professional under pressure and exhibit a positive attitude.
Exhibit sense of ownership and accountability
Ability to communicate effectively in English both written and verbally
Knowledge of Health and Safety practices with excellent housekeeping and organizational skills
Perform various other duties as assigned by Supervisor
Working Conditions
Requires a high degree of mobility and involves considerable routine walking standing for long periods reaching twisting bending climbing and lifting to 50-75 lbs.
Fast-paced environment where a considerable amount of sensory attention is required.
Personal safety is affected by exposure to heat cold dust noise levels and the use of sharp tools.
