Job Summary
Responsibilities
We are seeking a Data Manager for our clients operational requirements on a mission focused program within a challenging dynamic setting located in Bethesda MD.
In this role you will:
Support development of end-to-end data management processes
Assess data quality and perform basic data analysis
Data Integrity and Quality: ensure data accuracy completeness and consistency through the creation and enforcement of data management policies and procedures
Establish and enforce data management policies data sharing rules and data governance frameworks
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with various agencies and stakeholders to understand data requirements implement solutions and communicate findings
Develop IC enterprise integration and transition plans for new initiatives
Draft products that reflect strong writing and grammatical skills
Work with seniors in diverse fast-paced multi-task environment managing competing priorities
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
Requires a BS degree and 12-15 years of relevant experience or a Masters degree with 10-13 years of relevant experience
Experience supporting development of end-to-end data management processes.
Ability to assess and ensure data accuracy completeness and consistency.
Strong analytical thinking to support data-driven decision-making and process improvements.
Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to gather requirements and implement data solutions.
Strong interpersonal skills with experience in facilitating communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
5 years of experience working with or in the IC.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with exploratory data analysis.
Experience with data reference architectures and data product standards.
Experience with enterprise computing database systems and enterprise class commercial technologies.
Experience in data integration.
