Job Summary

What Youll Do:

As a Records Control Specialist your responsibilities will include:

Entering inspection information into the ERP system along with other quality documents not limited to closed work orders material certifications drawings specifications and standards;
Scanning and retaining required quality and customer service records and verifying accurate scan;
Ensuring records stored in hardcopy format are correctly identified stored and disposed of in accordance with CTS procedure;
May support other departments administratively;
Performs other duties as assigned.

Note: This position will require the employee to work both in the office setting and the production floor setting though not working in the production process directly.

What Were Looking For:

18 years of age
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to pass abackground checkanddrug screening
Must be aU.S. Personunder ITAR/EAR regulations (must provide one of the following: valid U.S. passport birth certificate permanent resident card or naturalization certificate). No other documents are sufficient.
Available to workapproximately 20 hours per week(M-F 1st shift flexible. Set hours will be agreed upon with the final candidate.)
