Pay Rate:$18.00/hr. $19.00/hr. for Bilingual (English/Spanish)

About the Role
We are seeking Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to support the New Jersey State Base Exchange (NJ SBE) Project during the annual Open Enrollment period. This is a front-line role providing both contact center support (inbound/outbound calls) and back-office support (data entry document processing application updates).
As a CSR you will guide individuals and families through applying for healthcare coverage answering inquiries assisting with application processing and resolving consumer issues-all while maintaining accuracy professionalism and compliance with program standards.
Compensation & Schedule
Attendance is critical during training and nesting. Pre-scheduled absences may result in removal from the project.
