As a Spa and Leisure Assistant at Crerar Hotels you will be responsible for ensuring the safety comfort and enjoyment of our guests in the spa pool and leisure areas. A strong commitment to customer service is essential along with the ability to work as part of a team while taking the initiative when needed. Your duties will include preparing the spa facilities each morning maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene and ensuring all policies and procedures are followed. Strong swimming skills are required to pass a swimming test and while relevant experience is preferred we are happy to train the right person. Flexibility with working hours will include weekends along with good communication skills punctuality and a positive attitude will help you thrive in this role.
