About the Role
Ventia is seeking a proactive and experienced Maintenance Supervisor (Electrical/Mechanical) to join our this hands-on leadership role youll oversee high-risk non-routine electrical tasks under the Annual Electrical Project (AEP) framework working closely with site and client teams to ensure safe efficient project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead electrical maintenance and project execution
- Manage scopes budgets and schedules
- Provide technical support and reliability insights
- Coordinate resources and stakeholder communication
- Support shutdown and outage planning

About You
- Trade Qualified Electrician
- Experience with Hazardous Areas and Dossiers
- Proven supervision experience in industrial or power generation environments
- Strong leadership communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Commitment to safety quality and continuous improvement
- Planning experience using maintenance planning tools
- This role is based on-site at Millmerran Power Station. For fatigue management reasons candidates must reside within a 1-hour drive of Millmerran or be willing to relocate (at their own expense).
