Job Summary

**Schedule:**-

Time With Patients: 36 hours- Work Shifts per Month: Full-time (1.0 FTE)- Clinic Hours: 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM- Clinic Days: Monday to Friday- On Call: Will join the on-call schedule

**Details:**- This job includes working in both the hospital and clinic. The hospital is located in Des Moines and the clinic is in Clive. You will work on call at the hospital and hourly at the clinic.-

**Inpatient Duties:

** Yes you will care for patients in the hospital.-

**Doctor to Nurse Ratio:** 1 doctor for every 1 nurse.-

**Staff Support per Provider:** 1 support staff for every provider.

**Teaching Opportunity:** Yes you can teach others.

**Electronic Medical Records (EMR):

** EPIC

**Qualifications:**- Must be Board Certified - This is necessary.

- Must have an active Iowa License or an active IMLC - This is necessary.

- Must be available to work full-time - This is necessary.

- Must have experience - This is necessary.- Must have a clean record for malpractice and background - This is necessary.
