We are looking for an Entry-Level Help Desk Technician to join Syncromind a leading computer software company. As a Help Desk Technician you will play a crucial role in providing technical support to our clients and ensuring smooth operations. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects troubleshoot issues and contribute to the overall success of our team. This position is vital in maintaining customer satisfaction and optimizing system performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries and provide technical support via phone email or chat
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams
  • Install configure and update software applications and operating systems
  • Document all support interactions and solutions in the ticketing system
  • Assist in testing and evaluating new technologies for implementation
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Ensure security and privacy of client information in compliance with company policies
  • Conduct regular system maintenance tasks and updates

Requirements:

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
