As a Payroll Specialist you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for our clients. As a Payroll Specialist at Chart Auditors you will be involved in managing payroll processes calculating wages and addressing any payroll-related queries. Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for clients accurately and timely.
- Calculate wages deductions and withholdings.
- Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries from clients and employees.
- Ensure compliance with federal state and local payroll regulations.
- Collaborate with clients to gather payroll data and resolve discrepancies.
- Generate payroll reports for clients and internal use.
- Assist in payroll audits and investigations.
- Maintain payroll records and documentation.
Requirements:
