Compensation: $183365 $263639 annual base salary (depending on experience skills and qualifications)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Sourcing Management to lead direct and indirect procurement activities in the semiconductor sector. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing suppliers developing sourcing strategies and driving cost efficiencies across global supply chains.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage direct and indirect sourcing and procurement functions.

Develop sourcing strategies for OSAT including assembly lead frame mold compound suppliers and tooling vendors.

Negotiate assembly and package pricing with suppliers to achieve or improve on cost roadmaps.

Partner with engineering teams and suppliers to implement cost reduction initiatives through value engineering.

Develop maintain and own a cost roadmap database covering fab test logistics and warehousing costs.

Collaborate with product definition teams on financial models for new products.

Support NPI efforts including supplier identification evaluation design rule confirmation and RFQ processes.

Manage administrative aspects of the sourcing function.

Organize prepare and lead quarterly business reviews with fabs and assembly suppliers.

Qualifications & Experience:

Extensive experience in the design and assembly of semiconductor packages.

Proven track record in global sourcing and procurement management.

Strong background in conducting business in Asia.

Excellent communication skills including executive-level reporting and presentations.

Strong analytical negotiation and business strategy skills.

Bachelors or Masters degree in Materials Science Electrical Engineering Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering.

MBA CPSM or other procurement certifications preferred.
