| A leading century-strong construction company is shaping the future of renewable energy through solar wind and battery storage projects grounded in safety reliability and excellence. We are seeking a strategic experienced Director of Quality – Renewables who can define lead and scale enterprise-wide quality programs inspire high-performing teams and ensure every project is executed with pride compliance and operational excellence. What You Will Be Doing: -
Establish and lead a consistent enterprise-wide quality program across solar wind and battery energy storage (BESS) projects. -
Define renewable quality standards procedures KPIs and governance while ensuring flexibility for project-specific needs. -
Build mentor and lead high-performing multi-region quality teams fostering accountability ownership and continuous improvement. -
Oversee audits regulatory compliance NCR management and root-cause analysis to drive systemic prevention and minimize rework. -
Collaborate closely with Operations Engineering Safety Estimating and Commissioning teams to embed proactive quality into every project phase. -
Serve as the senior quality representative to clients AHJs and third-party partners resolving escalated issues with professionalism and transparency. Experience You Will Need: -
10–15 years in QA/QC construction leadership or engineering with a strong focus on renewable energy projects (solar wind BESS). -
Proven experience leading multi-project or multi-region quality programs with measurable performance improvements. -
Deep knowledge of renewable installation standards regulatory requirements and quality systems. -
Expertise in NCR management audits root-cause analysis and data-driven quality decision-making. -
Strong leadership communication and strategic planning skills with the ability to partner effectively with field teams and executives. -
Proficiency with QA software and reporting tools; willingness to travel nationwide to project sites. |
