We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Program Coordinator to support our growing portfolio of programs. The coordinator will work closely with program teams partners and participants to ensure smooth operations deliverables met and strong outcomes. This person will manage logistics oversee data and reporting facilitate communication among stakeholders and help scale our programmatic efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning organizing and executing program activities such as training sessions workshops and webinars.
- Coordinate with internal staff partner organizations and participants to maintain schedules deliverables and communications.
- Track program performance metrics; collect organize and analyze data; prepare reports and presentations.
- Manage participant support: answer questions provide resources connect to relevant services.
- Maintain program documentation calendars budgets and supplies/resources as needed.
- Help in developing program materials (toolkits guides slide decks) and communications.
- Support compliance with grant requirements record-keeping and timely reporting to funders.
- Identify potential improvements to program processes; help implement best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field (nonprofit management public policy social sciences etc.) or equivalent experience.
- Experience coordinating programs in the nonprofit educational or workforce development sector.
- Strong organizational multitasking and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including with diverse populations.
- Proficiency using digital tools: Google Workspace or Microsoft Office spreadsheets project management software data tracking tools.
- Comfortable working independently remote environment setup (reliable internet self-motivation).
- Experience with data collection monitoring & evaluation or reporting to funders is a plus.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred especially for communication with immigrant communities.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $60000 - $75000 / year (depending on experience) (see salary benchmarks below)
