Full-Time Interventional Pain Management Physician (500K-600K Year 1) – Established Practice, Daytona Beach, FL

Join a well-respected and established Interventional Spine & Pain Management practice one of the largest Interventional Spine & Pain Management groups in Florida providing comprehensive pain and rehabilitative services statewide. We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Interventional Pain Management Physician (Anesthesiology Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation or Neurology trained) to join our thriving Daytona Beach office.

The Position:
Perform 20-25 interventional procedures daily in our state-of-the-art office procedure room with ASC access for complex or sedation cases. Provide comprehensive outpatient interventional pain management including patient evaluations diagnosis interventional procedures and long-term management of acute chronic and cancer-related pain.
Lead and collaborate with three seasoned APPs (PAs and NPs with interventional pain experience) who manage medication refills and support the high procedural volume that drives your exceptional productivity bonuses.

Compensation Package:
$500000-$600000 realistic Year 1 total compensation
Guaranteed base salary: $300000-$400000 (based on experience)
Productivity-based incentives starting day one-no waiting period
Established patient volume ensures immediate bonus earnings

Schedule & Work Environment:
Monday-Friday 7:30 AM-4:30 PM (1-hour lunch)
100% outpatient-no hospital call nights or weekends

Required Qualifications:
MD or DO with accredited residency completion (Anesthesiology PM&R or Neurology)
Fellowship training in Interventional Pain Management (preferred)
Florida Medical License or ability to obtain
Federal DEA certification
BLS/ACLS certification
