  Your New Role
  Supply & Channel Management at Novo Nordisk is a vital function responsible for ensuring our products reach customers efficiently and effectively. As a Supply & Channel Manager your roles & responsibilities are as follows:
• Streamline the tender order management process by collaborating closely with sales finance institutional and GBS teams.
• New Product launch planning in market and ensuring product pipeline filling.
• Coordinate with warehouse and couriers/transporters to ensure timely deliveries to tender customers and maintain receipt records in the shared folder.
• Set up processes to measure service levels including tracking tender order receipt-to-delivery timelines and monthly OTIF (On-Time-In-Full) performance of courier service providers.
• Ensure supply chain readiness for new product launches focusing on Obesity and GLP1 products and managing end-to-end supply chain pipelines.
• Respond to sales teams regarding dispatch statuses of tender orders and ensure timely dispatches.
• Update daily dispatch statuses and tentative ETAs in coordination with the warehouse team.
• Collect monthly forecasts from business units for tender business and update the same in demand planning tool.
• Conduct weekly meetings with institutional managers to discuss forecasts and dispatch statuses of tender orders.
• Monitor inventory levels at Kanchan Pharma and ensure stock availability for tender business.
• Coordinate with the quality team to ensure timely stock releases upon receipt from Torrent and imports.
  
  

Your Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role you should have the following qualifications:

• Masters in business administration in Supply Chain Management from IIM Mumbai.
• 8-10 years of experience in Channel & Supply Chain Management.
• Excellent in Excel and PPT presentation skills.
• Excellent Communication & Written English skills.
• Experience in tender order processes & inventory management systems.
• Experience in Internal & External Audit.
