The Role:
In this position you will support the effective use of personnel material and equipment and participate in training and developing of salaried and hourly employees and in the development of highly effective will support Global Manufacturing Systems (GMS) processes across multiple departments and serves as a resource supporting activities in assigned areas while helping to meet or exceed production cost schedule and maintains quality requirements.

As the Central Engineering BusinessManager you are representing the department you are working in at all levels of the organization and can be very rewarding.
