Job Summary

Job Title: Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) Crisis Evaluation
Location: Saratoga Springs NY 12866

Assignment Details:

Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (7:00 PM 7:30 AM)
Flu Vaccine: Required by 11/1 (medical or religious exemptions must be submitted at least 2 weeks before start date)
COVID-19 Vaccine: Not required
Pay Rate: Travel $52.46/hour (including stipend)

Position Summary:

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Licensed Master Social Workerfor an exciting job in Saratoga Springs NY.

Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive psychosocial assessments and crisis evaluations in emergency situations.
Develop and implement individualized crisis intervention plans with healthcare providers.
Offer counseling emotional support and resource connections to patients and families.
Accurately document evaluations interventions and patient interactions in EPIC.
Maintain compliance with HIPAA hospital policies and state regulations.

Requirements:

License/Education: Active New York State LMSW license (required).
Experience: Minimum of 3 years preferred in crisis evaluation or a similar social work setting.
Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with EPIC charting.
Schedule: Must be able to work every other weekend and holidays.
RTO Policy: Limited to 7 days or less.
