Job Description

We are seeking an experienced CDRL and QA Manager to lead the coordination submission and quality oversight of all Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) deliverables of a project. This role ensures all documentation meets contract technical and quality standards in compliance with DoD and ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
This is a nationwide project and we need someone who is willing to travel and take on assignments at various project sites across the country.
This position is contingent upon the award of the contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the development formatting submission and tracking of all CDRL deliverables in accordance with contract requirements.
- Maintain and improve a QA system aligned with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
- Conduct internal quality reviews of reports data and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with technical leads to ensure deliverables are complete accurate and compliant with contract specifications.
- Support audits inspections and internal reviews to ensure alignment with DoD ISO and our clients standards.
- Document and track quality metrics non-conformances and corrective/preventive actions.
- Promote continuous improvement practices across project teams.
Qualifications to be successful in the role:
- Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or related field from an accredited university or college
- With relevant experience in government or military service
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing CDRLs and QA for U.S. Government or international projects (within the last 10 years)
- Experience in defense or military infrastructure projects is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of DoD DIDs CDRL formats and reporting standards Skilled in ISO 9001:2015 quality systems audits and document control
- Proficient in reviewing technical deliverables and coordinating with cross-functional teams Familiar with DoD and other US Federal Agencies compliance and reporting processes
- Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
- Willing to complete mandatory courses and certifications as required
