Position Title:
Production -Heavy Industrial Labor
Pay Rate:
$ 22.72 .75 shift premium
Sign on Bonus:
$500 after 30 days
$500 after 6 months
Category/Shift:
Hourly Full-Time Monday-Friday / Some Saturdays
2nd shift 3pm - 11pm

The Job You Will Perform:
- We are looking for machine operatorswho have the abilities and aptitude to progress within the company- we promote from within our organization
- Verify product meets quality standards by visual inspection as well as using a tape measure to verify size of product within a 16th of an inch
- Verify material is correctly stacked and tagged for shipping
- Perform housekeeping and machine cleaning as required
- Ability to properly communicate with teammates maintenance and management on machine performance or other concerns
- This job requires physical exertion in a heavy industrial environment (examples include standing reaching twisting exposure to extreme temperatures/ weather conditions and ability to lift up to 50 pounds)
Basic Requirements:
- Must know how to properly read a tape measure
- High School Education or equivalent work experience
- 1-3 Years experience in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment preferred
- Must be able to work standing on roller system
- Must be able to work any shift - currently hiring fo r 2nd shift
- Individuals must be willing to work overtime and as required weekends
- Applicants will be required to pass pre-employment skills testing post-offer background check physical and drug screening.
- Team Player-Collaborate and work cooperatively across a multi-functional team
