Moran Assistant Superintendent of Human ResourcesSUBJECT: Family Engagement CoordinatorThe positions of Family Engagement Coordinator are being advertised for 2025 - 2026 school year and dependent on grant funding. Qualifications: staff in the and interest in increasing family engagement in your of effective family engagement communication and organizational to work flexible hours which may include morning(s) an evening(s) or Saturday(s) to develop programs that encourage all families to participateDuties and Responsibilities:Partner with building leadership and families to identify and plan family engagement activities that meet the needs and interests of the school communityCoordinate with the Title I Coordinator and the Specialist for Parent Engagement to publicize family engagement activities and events using flyers website and the Monthly Calendar of eventsAssist with the development of the district/school/family engagement planMaintain records of all family engagement activities attendance and surveysWith support from the Title I office plan a minimum of five family engagement activities that align with state standards and helping families understand curriculum Must attend at least one school-based PAC/Site Council meetingMust attend 3 after school meetings with the Specialist for Parent Engagement and Title One CoordinatorCompensation: $2000 StipendMinimum Expectation: 5 Family Events 3 after school FEL meetings attendance at least 1 school based PAC/School Council meetingFunding Source: Grant -Title IApplication Deadline: October 7 2025
