HR Administration Intern based in Trieste

The HR Intern will be integrated into the HR team and will support activities related to personnel administration attendance management internal communication and reporting. The goal of the internship is to provide a comprehensive training experience on the main operational HR activities within a structured and international corporate environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Employee Attendance & Payroll Support: Assist in handling employee attendance through the Zucchetti HR system and support payroll processing activities.
• Personnel Administration: Contribute to contract management employee documentation and internal HR communications.
• Documentation & Records Management: Prepare organize and archive employee-related documents in compliance with internal procedures.
• HR Reporting & Benefits Coordination: Support HR reporting using analytical tools (e.g. Power BI) and assist in managing company benefits such as meal and gift vouchers.
• Team Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with the HR team on daily operations internal communication initiatives and project-based activities.

What are we looking for

• Degree or academic background in Economics Law Psychology or Humanities (preferably with a focus on HR) graduated of final year
• Previous experience in HR Administration is considered as an advantage
• Advanced level of Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel.
• Familiarity (also basic) with HR management systems; experience with Zucchetti and Power BI is a plus. Canva is considered an advantage.
• Advanced level of English and Italian.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
• Accuracy proactivity willingness to learn confidentiality and a strong team-oriented attitude.
