LOCATION: London Hybrid
PROPOSED SALARY RANGE: 28100 - 40633 pro rata depending on relevant skills knowledge and experience. The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND IMPACT:
- Support the development of clear focused campaign briefs (training provided).
- Collaborate on creative concepts media planning and campaign execution.
- Ensure campaign materials are delivered on time and align with brand standards.
- Assist or lead on event and partnership activities.
- Use audience insights to inform creative decisions and improve campaign performance.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and proactively flag risks or issues.
- Work closely with internal teams (Creative Social Media Comms Media) to deliver impactful work.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
- Experience planning or delivering a campaign or event.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working collaboratively and giving constructive feedback.
- Passion for marketing creativity and storytelling.
DESIRED BUT NOT REQUIRED:
- Familiarity with the BBCs content brand guidelines or values.
- Interest in media entertainment or broadcasting.
- Understanding of audience engagement especially with 1624-year-olds.
- Flexible and open to learning new approaches and tools.
- Awareness of current marketing trends and technologies.
