Our client is looking for a Servo-Motor Technician to join their team out of Perrysburg! As a leader in the repair of Industrial Electronics pumps and other systems our client has a fantastic company culture. The Servo-Motor Technician would be responsible for troubleshooting and diagnosing Servo Motor problems and the ability to repair them.
Qualified candidates would have experience with Servo-Motors and Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
Job Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and diagnose servo motor problems and the ability to repair them.
- Identify parts needed for all repairs.
- Completes the proper repair paperwork for ordering parts.
- Observe all safety procedures and policies and use proper protective equipment (especially eye ear protection and steel toe shoes/boots gloves etc.)
- Keep work area clean and organized.
Job Requirements:
- Additional experience troubleshooting AC/DC drives PLCs welders and other automation equipment are a plus but not required.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to add subtracts multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers common fractions and decimals.
- Mechanically inclined in Troubleshooting
- Electrically Inclined in Troubleshooting
- Experience working with Servo-Motor
