An exciting opportunity has opened up at one of Cheltenhams most talked-about new openings a stylish and authentic Italian restaurant offering elevated hospitality in a warm welcoming setting. Following the huge success of its sister site this independent venue is going from strength to strength and now seeks a talented Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team.
What Youll Do:
As Chef de Partie youll work across all sections delivering consistently high-quality dishes that reflect genuine Italian flavours and style. Youll also play an important role in supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef with daily operations.
Prepare cook and present dishes to the highest standards
Rotate across sections to build skills and versatility
Maintain a clean safe and organised kitchen environment
Contribute ideas for specials and menu development
Support junior team members and lead by example during busy service
Be a positive reliable member of a close-knit kitchen team
What Were Looking For:
Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis ready to step up
A passion for authentic Italian food and fresh seasonal ingredients
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-volume environment
Team player with a proactive and professional approach
Ambition to grow with clear progression to Sous Chef and beyond within the Settebello Group
What We Offer:
31000 base salary reviewed to 32000 after 3 months (subject to performance)
Tronc/tips currently exceeding 6000 per year
5 days per week 2 days off
Closed on December 25th 26th & January 1st time off to enjoy Christmas and New Year with your family
Staff accommodation available if required
Company pension scheme
Strong career progression: this role offers a pathway to Sous Chef and ultimately Head Chef within the group
