The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the maintenance and repair of production equipment including robots forge presses and other automated systems. This role requires a strong foundation in electrical troubleshooting as well as basic mechanical hydraulic and pneumatic systems. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repairs on equipment including conveyors robots forge presses and machine automation systems.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical electrical hydraulic and pneumatic issues.
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings electrical schematics and equipment specifications.
- Conduct preventative and predictive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime.
- Operate industrial equipment such as forklifts scissor lifts and boom lifts safely and effectively.
- Perform basic welding tasks using MIG and ARC welding techniques.
- Maintain a clean safe and organized work environment in compliance with all safety protocols and company procedures.
Required Skills and Education
- Proven experience in a manufacturing maintenance role.
- Strong foundation in electrical troubleshooting mechanical hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Certification or training in relevant technical fields preferred.
