Responsibilities- Processing of dealer enquiries on warranty topics for all D-A-CH markets (Germany Austria Switzerland)
- Supporting Ford dealers with enquiries regarding warranty processing or general warranty topics using the instructions from the warranty manual Ford PTS DACH dealer portal and other warranty-relevant documents.
- Assist in problem solving for dealers regarding system and process steps with the respective departments in cooperation with technical service and other internal departments incl. GBS (in German and English).
- Answering warranty-related queries from the Ford Customer Relation Centre
Performing changes to vehicle warranty start dates in cooperation with GBS. - Representation in all areas of warranty processing such as the Components for Free process
- Send-in deadline extensions for over-aged warranty claims according to internal specifications.
- Processing of dealer enquiries regarding parts goodwill (non-CLP) in accordance with the regulations.
QualificationsEducation and job experience
- Curious about warranty processes with 03 years of experience in administration or warranty support preferably in a German-speaking role.
- This job requires an vocational training with a technical (vehicle) background.
- Preference is given to employees from the automotive industry (dealer workshop or manufacturer).
- A deepKnowledge of all Ford guarantee topics is necessary.
Special skills and knowledge
- Good knowledge of vehicle technology
- Communication skills
- Understanding the German Ford/dealer organization
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Outlook Excel and Word)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate is an advantage
- Knowledge of warranty policies and OWS-Online is a plus
Language skills
- Very good knowledge of German language fluent in spoken and written
- Good knowledge of the English language required
