We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineering Director (Delivery Lead) to drive the design development and delivery of Adobe Experience Manager solutions. The ideal candidate will lead a team of highly skilled engineers collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and ensure scalable secure and high-performance digital experiences.
Position Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership:
Lead the architecture design and implementation of AEM-based solutions.
Provide guidance and mentorship to AEM developers as well as front-end back-end and other full stack engineers.
Define best practices and enforce coding standards.
Project Delivery:
Collaborate with product owners UX/UI designers and business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Oversee development sprints code reviews and deployment processes.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality features and enhancements.
Platform Expertise:
Customize and extend AEM components templates workflows and integrations.
Optimize AEM performance scalability and security.
Preferably experience with AEM cloud environment Cloud manager and other Adobe MarTech solutions.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Work closely with DevOps QA and infrastructure teams to support CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
8 years of experience in web development with 3 years in AEM.
Strong proficiency in Java JCR Sling OSGi and Apache Felix.
Experience with front-end technologies: HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript React/Angular (preferred).
Familiarity with RESTful APIs microservices and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Hands-on experience with AEM 6.x including Sites Assets and Forms.
Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins Git Maven) and agile methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in AEM.
Experience with Adobe Marketing Cloud and Adobe Analytics.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
