Join our Marketing Analytics team and help build smarter marketing decisions through the power of data. Were looking for a curious analytical problem solver who thrives on uncovering insights from diverse datasets optimizing campaigns and driving measurable value.
Key Responsibilities
- Aggregate clean and unify marketing data from various sources like CRM web analytics and social media using Databricks.
- Develop dashboards and reports with data visualization tools to present sophisticated insights clearly.
- Performance Analysis: Apply data integration tools to process large volumes and a wide variety of marketing performance data. Conduct in-depth analysis to identify key drivers of success and opportunities for optimization with accuracy and visibility.
- Collaboration: Partner with marketing analysts data engineers and product managers to translate business objectives into analytical projects.
- Data Quality Assurance: Supervise data pipelines for integrity and troubleshoot data discrepancies ensuring high standards of accuracy and reliability in all marketing analytics outputs.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of data sources analytical processes and reporting logic to ensure transparency repeatability and knowledge sharing within the team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science Statistics Computer Science Marketing Analytics or a related quantitative field. Equivalent experience is acceptable.
- Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience in a marketing analytics data analyst or business intelligence role with a consistent track record of impactful analysis.
- Proficiency in Databricks for data engineering sophisticated analytics and collaborative notebook development.
- Strong SQL skills for query development and data manipulation across large datasets.
- Experience with visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau Databricks dashboards) to communicate insights successfully.
- Familiarity with at least one programming language such as Python R or Scala for data analysis and model development within Databricks.
- Some knowledge of digital marketing channels metrics and technologies including paid search display advertising email social SEO and web analytics platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences.
- Strong project management abilities attention to detail and a dedicated approach to solving business challenges.
