PROPOSED SALARY RANGE: 27600 - 33900 depending on relevant skills knowledge and experience. The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights.

This role is advertised as part of our BBC Extend programme for disabled people. Working as part of our talented team of journalists youll be covering the stories which matter to the people of Shropshire. Were looking for someone who is creative has a nose for an original story and can cover anything from a police drugs raid to a missing capybara. Youll be working across platforms - and providing engaging content for online radio TV and social media. Ideally youll also have experience of reading bulletins although this is not essential.
