As a Corporate Advisory and RestructuringSeniorAssociatebe an integral member of projectteamsexecutingadvisory & restructuring mandateswhile youdevelop your technical skillstosupport yourcareerdevelopmentintheadvisory and restructuring practice.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Participating inbusiness development activitiestoexpandyourbusinessrelationships anddevelop proposals or qualification documents to support the sourcing of new mandates
Helping develop and implement turnaround plansor realization plans with the goal of maximizing recoveries to stakeholders
Conducting financial analysis
Developing financial and cash flow forecasts including the development of detailed models and conducting sensitivity analysis
Applying your business acumen to develop or assess business plans to support turnaround plans
Supporting project teams as they workwithadditionaladvisors to integratetax regulatory and other legal considerationsto the development of turnaround or realization plans
Supportingthe execution of distressed M&A or refinancing activities
Assistingin the preparation ofhigh-qualitypresentations and/or reports for key stakeholders
Supporting a project teams management ofstakeholders
Supporting the project team as it runsin-Court and out of Court restructuringor realizationprocesses
Developing your technical skills by enrolling in the courses offered by the Canadian Associate of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals (CAIRP) to obtain your CIRP designation and eventually a license to act as a Licensed Insolvency Trusteeissued by the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy.
Experiencesand skillsyoulluseto solve
A professional accounting designation or international equivalent orsimilar post-graduate designationdemonstratingfinancial business or managementexpertise
Relevant experience in a professional services or business advisory environment
Specific financial restructuring operationalrestructuringor insolvency experience including experienceas a member of a project teamadvisingdebtors and creditors and actingpursuant toappointments under theBankruptcy and Insolvency Actand theCompanies Creditors Arrangement Actis an asset
Strong technical skills including the ability to evaluatefinancial results and detailed financial/cash flow forecasts
The ability to build detailed financial or cash flow models in Excel is an asset
Solidanalytical problem solvingandcommunication skills.Experience writing court reports or developing power pointreports isan asset
Developingproject managementskills andthedevelopingabilitytoleadhighperforming project teams
Solid client relationship development abilities

PwCBC Region Pay Range Information
The salary range* for this positionis$58400 - $97500plus individuals may be eligible for an annual bonus payment. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon your skills experiencequalificationsand geographic location.
