About the Opportunity:

As a Registered Nurse you will lead the clinical team on the floor / ward that comprises of care staff environmental staff and other junior team members to promote wellbeing and foster a vibrant community atmosphere. You will ensure the provision of quality patient/resident/client care through clinical nursing practice promoting collaborative relationships amongst the health care team and maintaining a customer-focused approach to nursing across the continuum of care. It will contribute to the provision of quality and sustainable health services within the ethos of the philosophy mission values and ethics of the St Vincents Health Australia.

Things that work for us:
Flexible to pick casual shifts in AM PM and Night
Nursing Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency is essential
Clinical nursing practice experience in an aged care facility
Flexibility to be able to work all shifts (including night shifts) on a casual basis
High level of customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Ability to follow directives as per care plan
Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities
