Job Summary
Summary:
An established HVAC service company is looking for an Account Manager to work out of there Melbourne FL office. This company provides full-service installation maintenance and repairs for commercial HVAC systems.
Responsibilities:
* Develop proposals aligned with the projects technical needs and specifications.
* Offer solutions and designs tailored to the customers needs.
* Coordinate and prepare bid documentation ensuring all estimates are accurate.
* Generate sales opportunities qualify leads and conduct outreach to potential clients.
* Estimate costs submit bids present proposals negotiate terms and finalize contracts at profitable margins.
* Conduct cold calls to identify and engage potential new clients.
* Sell to both executive-level decision-makers and technical buyers.
Qualifications:
* 4 years of commercial HVAC experience with relative knowledge of HVAC codes and standards.
Preferred:
* Prior experience in HVAC-related field work is preferred.
* Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or related field is a plus.
* Previous sales experience is a plus.
