United Texas Credit Union is looking for a Branch Operations Manager to join our team in our Main office. The Branch Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the general administrative functions and any events or activities in the office.
The ideal candidate will have prior administrative experience working in an office supporting multiple levels of employees. He/she greets visitors and should present an accessible and approachable tone as well as have excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate has a healthy initiative and can anticipate needs.
What youll do:
- Manage the team: Oversee our teams daily tasks help with scheduling and provide guidance and support.
- Keep things organized: Handle cash management balance the books and make sure everything is in order.
- Provide excellent service: Assist members with their needs open new accounts and answer questions about our products and services.
- Ensure compliance: Make sure we follow all the rules and regulations to keep our members money safe.
- Help the branch succeed: Work with the Team to reach our goals and improve our performance.
