New opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Disputes position: you will be a part of a team responsible for providing high quality dispute service in AR for internal clients from around the globe. Apart from performing daily operational tasks you will also have an opportunity to take part in the process transition including creating procedures recognizing areas for enhancement and introducing improvements as well as stabilizing the migrated process.

• close daily cooperation with Order Management Team/Sales Team/Collection Team/Cash Application Team
• daily resolving disputes
• invoice corrections/ VAT knowledge
• invoice submitions on customer portals like Ariba Tungsten Coupa
• rout cause of disputes analysys

• Have minimum 1 year of Accounts Receivable/ Billing/ Accounts Payable/ Order Managment or similar work experience required
• Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively and professionally in both written and oral English & German
• very good knowledge of billing/order management
• knowledge of a SAP4Hana and Salesforce is a nice have
• knowledge of customers portals like Ariba Tungsten Coupa is a nice have
• Have former experience with US GAAP revenue issue will be an advantage
• Demonstrate ability to work on and own initiatives
• Assess situations to determine the importance urgency and risks then make clear and timely decisions
• Be self-reliance and be able to escalate appropriately
• Have organizational skills be open-minded and receptive to change
